This policy explains how Stuck at Home, LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the website myrandomnumbers.com and the Lucky Random Number Generator apps for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”).

The Service has no accounts and no sign-up. You do not need to provide your name, email address, or other contact details to generate numbers. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. The mobile apps show ads, and the website currently has no ads. We use analytics from Google, subject to the choices described below, to understand limited technical and usage data.

Information collected

• Advertising. The mobile apps use Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, this service may collect a device advertising identifier (such as Apple’s IDFA or the Google Advertising ID), IP address, device and OS type, and ad-interaction data. Depending on your settings and your region’s consent rules, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
• Analytics. The apps use Google Analytics for Firebase, and the website uses Google Analytics, to understand usage and improve the product. This collects events such as app opens and number generations, along with device model, OS version, language, approximate (non-precise) region, and a randomly generated app-instance identifier. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• Purchases. In-app purchases (for example, Remove Ads or a tip) are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation that a purchase or restore occurred so we can unlock the feature. Analytics may also record the product purchased, purchase amount and currency, and whether a purchase completed, failed or was cancelled. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Diagnostics. Advertising and analytics services may collect technical information about crashes, app or SDK performance, and errors. The apps also record limited diagnostic events to help identify problems loading ads, privacy messages and purchases.
• On-device settings. Your chosen number range and preferences are stored locally on your device. The website’s main number generator saves its range in your browser; preset range pages keep their advertised starting range. Usage analytics may record that settings were changed; earlier app versions may also include the numeric range in that event.

How information is used

• To display and measure advertising that funds the free Service.
• To analyze usage and improve features, stability, and performance.
• To process and restore in-app purchases.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed by our service providers under their own privacy policies:

• Google (AdMob, Google Ads, Analytics for Firebase) — policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from sites/apps that use its services.
• Apple (App Store, in-app purchases) — apple.com/legal/privacy.
• Google Play (in-app purchases) — policies.google.com/privacy.

Website analytics choices

On myrandomnumbers.com, we ask before loading Google Analytics in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Elsewhere, analytics may load without a notice. You can allow or decline it using Privacy choices in the footer on any page. The generator works either way. Closing the notice declines analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days; clearing site data removes it. If we cannot determine your region, analytics stays off unless you have explicitly allowed it.

Firebase Hosting uses the request’s IP address to select the regional response. This consent check does not use a separate geolocation provider, and we do not store your IP or country in the consent preference. When permitted, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to measure visits, tool use and app-store link clicks, article demo use and links from articles to tools. Entered names, lists, demo guesses and generated results are not included in our analytics events. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization for the website. Declining stops future measurement and removes the website’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Essential local preferences and saved drawings are unaffected.

Your choices

• iOS: manage app tracking permission requests in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. This setting does not turn off all ads or analytics. Apple Advertising settings control Apple's own advertising, not the Google ads in this app.
• Android: reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.
• Advertising choices: the choices available depend on your region, app version and the advertising service's configured messages. In app versions that support these messages, required privacy messages are presented before ads are requested. Where available, use Privacy choices in the app's number-range settings to revisit your selection. The number generator remains usable if ads cannot be requested.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Our Google Analytics property currently retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data retention period resets when new activity is received. These settings do not limit how long aggregated reports remain available. Advertising data and records processed by Apple or Google Play are retained under the respective providers’ policies. Settings such as your number range remain on your device until you change or remove them.

International users

The Service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
