Frequently asked questions
- Can numbers repeat on the next tap?
- In the default mode, each tap draws a fresh batch: numbers are unique within that batch, but may appear in a later batch. Turn on Keep drawing without repeats to exclude every number already drawn in the current session.
- Does it remember my session?
- Yes, when browser storage is available. Your range, drawing mode, current session and saved ranges stay in this browser on this device. They do not sync between devices. Private browsing or clearing site data can erase them.
- How do I save a range?
- Open Options, enter a name such as Class of 25, and choose Save range. Select a saved range to use it again. Applying a range or editing the minimum or maximum starts a fresh session. Changing only How many keeps the current session.
- Can I copy the results?
- Open Drawing history in the options panel and choose Copy numbers. In session mode this copies all numbers drawn, in draw order. Otherwise it copies the latest batch.
- What are the limits?
- Draw up to 1,000 numbers at once and keep up to 10,000 numbers in a session. Save up to 12 named ranges. If fewer numbers remain than requested, the next draw returns only those remaining. An exhausted session waits for you to start over.
- Is this included in the phone app?
- These drawing sessions and saved presets are website features. The Lucky Random Number Generator app stays focused on one number at a time, your last range and a Home Screen widget.
